How long does it take for the verification process to be completed? Why do I need to verify my account and what is the exact verification process? What documents are required for my account to be verified? How can I validate a credit/debit/prepaid card used on the account? Why are additional documents requested in order to make a withdrawal?

How can I validate a disposable virtual card or an instant card?

or this type of card, details such as the holder`s name and/or the expiring date are not displayed.


To complete the validation, it is required that you send the following:


  • A photo of the card displaying only the first 6 and last 4 digits
  • The relevant bank statement showing the card details
  • A transaction performed through your Betimpact account via this card
